The woman we all love to hate, the Democrat nominee, Hillary Rodham Clinton. Whatever you choose to call her: Hillary, HRC, Hilla the Hun, the Wicked Witch of the West Wing, Satan; she’s the most corrupt and fraudulent presidential candidate our nation has ever seen. These are the top 5, out of dozens, the top 5 most disgusting lies that Hillary Clinton has told the American people, and I don’t mean little, white lies that everyone tells. I mean flat out, blatant, serious lies.
Her 1996 trip to Bosnia
In the midst of her presidential run in 2008, Clinton gave a speech at George Washington University where she said:
“I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”
Her arrival in Bosnia was quite pleasant, actually. A video from CBS shows Clinton arriving peacefully and being greeted with flowers and gifts from U.S. and Bosnian officials. She later told the Philadelphia Daily News that she “misspoke” about the arrival and that she heard that there was a threat of sniper fire in the area. She said “I made a mistake. I’m human. It happens to all of us.” It wasn’t a mistake Hillary. It was a lie.
Where her daughter was on September 11, 2001
This one is especially horrible in my opinion. Clinton told NBC’s Dateline the following:
“She’d gone, what she thought would be just a great jog. She was going to go down to Battery Park, she was going to go around the towers. She went to get a cup of coffee and — and that’s when the plane hit.”
Her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, later told Talk Magazine that she was at her friend’s apartment watching the coverage when the planes hit. Tammy Bruce, Fox News radio host, suggested that Hillary Clinton may suffer from mythomania, a pathological tendency to exaggerate or tell lies, and I don’t think that would surprise any of us. Clinton was a senator in New York at the time and her fellow New York senator, Chuck Schumer, his daughter was in school in the shadow of the World Trade Center during the attack. To lie about the whereabouts of her daughter to make it seem as if she was in danger is beyond disrespectful to the families and victims of that horrific day.
Just recently, FBI director James Comey came out to say that while Hillary Clinton was extremely careless with her private email server, he wouldn’t recommend that she be prosecuted. The information Comey provided regarding the emails showed that everything the Clinton Campaign has said about the emails before was a, you guessed it, lie. First of all she claimed that she never sent any classified information, but Comey said that there were some emails that contained markings of classified material. Next, Clinton expressed that she was allowed to have the private server. My question is, why would anyone in a place of power like the Secretary of State feel the need to have a private email server with information that could compromise our national security, especially when she was receiving and sending information in foreign countries where foreign adversaries could have easily accessed it? Clinton also claimed that she had no intention of deleting any of the emails, however, Comey said that her staff and lawyers had deleted over 30,000 emails in such a way that they could not be recovered. And how about the fact that one of her IT staffers has pleaded the fifth 125 times when asked questions during the dispositions. Despite the facts that James Comey has given, it looks as if Hillary Clinton will not be indicted, but still no one is above the law?
That she is just like the average American citizen
How about no.
I don’t think the average American citizen makes $200,000 per speech they make or have children that only attended private schools their whole life. If the average American had emailed classified information and put our country’s national security at risk, they would have been thrown in prison faster than they could say ‘classified.’ While making a speech on the topic of inequality, Clinton stood at the podium in a Giorgio Armani jacket that cost over $12,000. Oh, the irony. During her current campaign run, she has updated her wardrobe and spent over 6 figures on new clothes. Or how about the fact that she hasn’t driven her own car since 1996. Her major downfall in the 2008 presidential election was that the American people felt she was unapproachable and out of touch with the average American. Update in 2016: She still is. Just this time, she’s trying too hard.
It is a known fact from the State Department that Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton, knew that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya was a terrorist attack and failed to react. As a result, 4 American lives were lost. In her testimony, she said that she cared deeply about Ambassador Chris Steven’s death, but later went on to say that he knew the risks associated with his job and he was responsible for this own death. She claimed that the attack was based off of a YouTube video and continued to say so after she herself had admitted that the deadly attack, “had nothing to with the film. It was a planned attack — not a protest.” She told her own family that those who died, died at the hands of an Al-Qaeda like terrorist attack, but she told the families of the victims that they died at a protest gone wrong because of YouTube video. She lied to the faces of grieving families for political gain right before the 2012 election. It is absolutely appalling.
Some leftists argue, “Accusations about Hillary being a liar are clearly just vast right-wing conspiracies. Hillary’s merely misinformed about her own life.” Let me be the first to say that no one is that “misinformed” about their own life. Sure, people slip sometimes and say things that aren’t the total truth, but Hillary Clinton has done this about a dozen too many times. As someone who is running for the most powerful chair in the political world, this is completely unacceptable.
